Senior Consultant for HCM and SuccessFactors Data Management

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Data Management and Landscape Transformation team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers transition to cloud applications and drive business transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer business needs and design solutions for HCM and SuccessFactors Data Management and Landscape Transformation
- Lead customer opportunities throughout engagement phases and architect solution designs
- Facilitate customer workshops and discussions to validate solution designs
- Lead project delivery remotely and onsite in distributed teams
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses using SAP DMLT technology and methodology
- Execute SAP HCM/SuccessFactors transformation projects with collaboration across organizational units, hierarchy levels, and locations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or business project consulting for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- Experience in at least one SAP Data Management solution, such as SAP Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter, or LSMW
- Knowledge of core business processes, such as hire-to-retire
- Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc.) is a strong asset
- Good skills in structuring and documenting information, methodologies, and procedures
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles and escalation management
- Proven track record in knowledge sharing, coaching, mentoring, and educating others
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good German language skills are a strong asset
