We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Data Management and Landscape Transformation team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers transition to cloud applications and drive business transformations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer business needs and design solution proposals from the HCM/SFSF Data Management & Landscape Transformation portfolio and beyond.
- Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases, including presales, sales, and delivery.
- Lead and facilitate customer HCM/SFSF workshops and discussions to validate solution designs.
- Lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Execute SAP HCM/SuccessFactors transformation projects remotely and onsite, with strong collaboration with colleagues across different organizational units, hierarchy levels, and locations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or as a business project consultant for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Experience in at least one, ideally multiple SAP Data Management solutions, such as SAP Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter, or LSMW.
- Knowledge of core business processes, such as hire-to-retire.
- Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc.) is a strong asset.
- Good skills in structuring and documenting information, methodologies, and procedures.
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles and escalation management.
- Proven track record in knowledge sharing, coaching, mentoring, and educating others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good German language skills are a strong asset.
