HCM / SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Data Management and Landscape Transformation team. As a key member of our global organization, you will work closely with customers to help them transition to cloud applications and continuously improve their data and system landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer business needs and design and architect appropriate solution proposals from the HCM / SFSF Data Management & Landscape Transformation portfolio and beyond.
- Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales, and delivery) and architect potential solution design.
- Lead and facilitate customer HCM / SFSF workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirement.
- Lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Execute SAP HCM/SuccessFactors transformation projects remotely and onsite with a strong collaboration with colleagues across different organizational units, hierarchy levels, and locations around the world.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or as a business project consultant for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Experience in at least one, ideally multiple SAP Data Management solutions, for example: SAP Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter, or LSMW.
- Knowledge of core business processes such as hire-to-retire.
- Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc).
