We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our SAP Data Management and Landscape Transformation team as a Senior Consultant. As a key member of our global organization, you'll work closely with customers to drive their transition to cloud applications and continuously improve their data and system landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer business needs and design solution proposals from the HCM/SFSF Data Management & Landscape Transformation portfolio.
- Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout engagement phases, architecting potential solution designs.
- Facilitate customer workshops and discussions to validate solution designs.
- Deliver DMLT projects remotely and onsite, collaborating with global teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, leveraging SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or business project consulting for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Experience in SAP Data Management solutions, such as Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter, or LSMW.
- Knowledge of core business processes, including hire-to-retire.
- Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc).
