Job Opportunity:

As a Technical Support Level 2 Engineer Trainee, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality professional technical support to our customers, particularly regarding technical information in Industry Automation solutions.

You will take ownership of customer requests, ensuring they are satisfied before closing the request. Your tasks will include providing technical support in post-sales and pre-sales, answering incoming communications from customers, and assisting with obtaining log and configuration files through network.

Additionally, you will perform remote connections to diagnose and solve customer needs, launch initiatives looking for innovation and digital transformation to improve our processes and customer experience.

We are looking for a candidate with a University Degree in a relevant Engineering Area, who is fluent in English (B2 demonstrable) and has strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Spanish is also desirable.

We offer a paid internship with flexible hours and interactive workshops, as well as the opportunity to track your evolution and learning. Our Trainee's Academy will provide you with monthly sessions to enhance your development and employability.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in a relevant Engineering Area
  • Fluency in English (B2 demonstrable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish (desirable)
  • Problem solving abilities, aptitude to understand and explain technical information, interpersonal, communications and time management skills
  • Demonstrate a flair & understanding of customer support issues, flexibility and an ability to learn quickly
