Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer Trainee to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a Technical Support Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, particularly regarding technical information in Industry Automation solutions.

As a Technical Support Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting customers with obtaining log and configuration files through network.
  • Performing remote connections to diagnose and solve customer needs.
  • Launching initiatives looking for innovation and digital transformation to improve our processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a relevant engineering area (in course).
  • Desirable knowledge in Motor Control, Variable Speed Drives, PLCs, HMI, Communication protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet IP), and IT skills.
  • Fluency in English (B2 demonstrable) and proficiency in Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
