Are you looking for an internship that will challenge your skills and boost your career? Our Schneider Trainee Program is designed for students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers, particularly regarding industry automation solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer requests and ensure satisfaction before closing the request.
  • Assure proper resolution for queries related to commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and product selection.
What You'll Learn:
  • Ongoing proactive research and learning about new products, technologies, and applications.
  • Provide technical support in post-sales and pre-sales by answering incoming communications from customers on all channels.
  • Assist customers with obtaining log and configuration files through network.
  • Perform remote connections to diagnose and solve customer needs.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in a relevant Engineering Area (in course).
  • Desirable knowledge in Motor Control & Variable Speed Drives, PLCs, HMI, and Communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English (B2 demonstrable).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
