**Sobre el puesto**

Estamos buscando a un/a Digital Transformation Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo de personas. En este rol, serás responsable de liderar y coordinar la implementación de procesos digitales en el área de personas, con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de los procesos de la empresa.

**Responsabilidades**

Entre tus responsabilidades se incluyen:

  • Implementar procesos de transformación digital en recursos humanos, incluyendo el portal del empleado, del manager y workflows.
  • Reunir y analizar datos útiles y elaborar métricas de RRHH para seguimiento y reporting.
  • Optimizar la automatización de los procesos del área.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procesos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Realizar tareas relacionadas con la gestión del desarrollo o con procesos de gestión.

**Requisitos**

Para este rol, buscamos a una persona con:

  • Grado Universitario o Licenciatura relacionada con el ámbito de los recursos humanos, la administración, la psicología o el derecho laboral.
  • Experiencia en la selección e implementación de herramientas de HR tech para mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos de RRHH.
  • Capacidad para analizar y evaluar los procesos actuales y proponer soluciones digitales que mejoren la gestión y eficiencia de los mismos.
  • Dominio de los aspectos legales y laborales relacionados con la gestión de las personas.
  • Idioma nativo en español.
  • Catalán y inglés avanzado.
