Role Overview:As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be part of our Solution Advisory team, focusing on growth accounts to accelerate our digital sales efforts. Your role will be instrumental in supporting solution demonstrations, demand generation activities, and partner enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales team in solution demonstrations, digital demand generation, and partner enablement strategies to drive business growth and customer success.
- Assess and qualify leads technically to ensure alignment with our solution capabilities and customer needs.
- Interpret and present insights from reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead and support the execution of webinars and digital events to educate customers and partners on our solutions and services.
- Conduct in-depth customer background research to tailor our approach and solutions effectively, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Create innovative digital assets to support sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing our digital presence and engagement with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across the organization, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on S/4HANA transformation and operational excellence to guide our customers through their digital journey and provide expert advice on best practices.
- Proven experience in a digital presales or sales support role, preferably with exposure to mid-market accounts and a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of demand generation strategies and digital marketing principles, with a focus on creating engaging and compelling content that resonates with customers and partners.
- Ability to produce and deliver creative and compelling digital content that captures the audience's attention and drives business outcomes.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA transformation and operational excellence is highly desirable, as is expertise in leveraging digital storytelling techniques and tools to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures, and a strong passion for driving digital innovation and customer success.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is also highly desirable.
