We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth and Market Expansion to join our team at Preply. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require you to develop and execute strategies to drive growth, improve market share, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, including product development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies
- Collaborate with the Product team to shape Preply's roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term growth and profitability
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
- A generous bonus structure, with potential earnings up to 20% of base salary
