Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Ginebra San Miguel Inc.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and delivering our products to customers, as well as implementing sales and marketing programs to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct customer and outlet calls to sell and deliver products, retrieve empties, merchandise, and receive customer feedback
* Negotiate with outlets and wholesalers to make our products available in all potential selling outlets
* Regularly check the truckload of products and ensure their completeness and care to protect the interests of both customers and the company
* Collect account receivables on due dates and prepare action plans for the immediate collection of overdue accounts
* Develop wholesalers and retail outlets by implementing timely programs, attending to their needs and concerns, and ensuring sales and availability targets are met
* Attend to wholesalers', customers', and consumers' complaints and concerns by visiting and determining problems and needs on a regular basis
* Regularly review route territory needs, suggest area-specific programs, implement local and national programs, and update GSMI on program and promo developments
* Update the database of wholesalers and retail outlets as necessary to identify selling opportunities and provide easily accessible information to the company
* Gather data and accomplish regular and special reports to provide pertinent sales information to district and territory management
* Gather competitive information on pricing, discounting, promotions, and new products and forward timely feedback to the District Sales Supervisor
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course
* Prior sales experience from the FMCG industry is an advantage
* Willingness to travel or be assigned to different areas/locations
* Valid driver's license and ability to drive four-wheeled vehicles
