We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative - Business Development Specialist to join our team at Mass Markets. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. You will engage with potential clients through outbound calls, presenting our products/services, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to identify and engage potential B2C clients.
- Prospect and qualify leads through detailed research and analysis of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
- Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services.
- Continuously nurture and follow up with leads, addressing any inquiries and providing necessary information to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Provide post-sales support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward closing deals.
- Follow all required script, policies, and procedures.
- Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information.
- Other essential duties related to the position to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
**Candidate Qualifications:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who possesses the following qualities:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to read and speak fluent English.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months B2B/B2C solar outbound calling experience preferred.
- Sales experience, preferably outbound calling (minimum of 6 months).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, instant messaging, and over the phone).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales deals.
