**¿Qué harías como nuestro Sales Representative?**
Reportando al responsable Comercial del Canal, se responsabilizará de desarrollar acciones comerciales para generación de demanda en clientes finales, instaladores y distribuidores, e impulsar la captación de nuevos clientes en las zonas Andalucía y Canarias con el objetivo de promocionar y ampliar la cuota de mercado de nuestra gama de productos electrónicos de control de accesos y de electromecánicos.
También de:
- Conocimiento demostrado en gestión de licitaciones, contratación pública, normativa y procedimientos públicos: Tienes que conocer los reglamentos que manejan las contrataciones y compras de la administración.
- Habilidades en gestión de proyectos comerciales: Ser capaz de planificar y ejecutar proyectos, asegurando que se cumplan plazos y requisitos establecidos en la gestión de propuestas técnico económicas llegando incluso a la realización de demos, formaciones de producto.
- Habilidades de comunicación de manera efectiva oral y escrita asegurando claridad y precisión en las propuestas técnico comerciales y negociaciones.
- Negociación: Preparación y conocimiento de las prioridades del cliente. Orientación a cliente, empático, flexible y persistente. Deberás disponer de conocimiento demostrado en negociación con constructoras, grandes cuentas para proyectos publico/privados dentro de las verticales de negocio.
- Realización de visitas a cliente final con el fin de detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio alimentado su actividad comercial en el CRM de la compañía
**Experiência y skills que necesitamos**:
Buscamos a alguien con:
- Formación técnica. (FPII o Ingeniería Técnica o Superior Electrónica o Telecomunicaciones o Informática).
- Conocimientos del sector de Control de Accesos. Venta consultiva de soluciones técnicas vinculadas con sector de la construcción en las verticales de negocio de Cía.
- Experiência de al menos 3 y 5 años en la venta y promoción de soluciones electrónicas y/o electromecánicas similares, valorándose especialmente en el sector de control de accesos.
- Valorar experiência aportada en los sectores de AAPP, Sociosanitario, Real State, Educación, AAPP, Gestión de obras con constructoras y/o Promotoras.
- Nível alto de Ingles B2
