Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, resolving their issues, and selling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product and Service Sales: Sell our products and services to customers, providing them with information and answering their questions.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and their issues are resolved.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues, research solutions, and provide customers with the information they need to resolve their problems.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information and updates.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods, use a computer and phone, and move around the office as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background: One year of experience in a contact center environment.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
