About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Specialist to join our Retail Excellence team in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing retail workforce operations, initiatives, and outcomes across Pandora's Retail locations in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operational management of the workforce management system, ensuring accurate labor requirement forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adjustments in alignment with market-specific dynamics.
  • Work closely with local retail teams to ensure optimized allocation of resources, maximize store productivity, and enhance customer and employee experience.
  • Interface with Sales, Finance, and HR on payroll and financial planning, as well as being an expert in our Workforce Management system Plandora (Ceridian Workforce).
  • Provide hands-on guidance and training to super users on the optimal usage of workforce management tools, systems, and best practices, ensuring consistent and optimized adoption.
  • Actively engage with the global workforce management community to gather insights and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and scheduling tools, with experience with Ceridian Workforce considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global context.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations across Spain and Portugal, particularly as they pertain to workforce management, is considered an advantage.
  • Retail experience and an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the industry.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
