Job Title: Workforce Management Specialist Iberia

About the Role:

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Specialist to join our Retail Excellence team in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing retail workforce operations, initiatives, and outcomes across Pandora's Retail locations in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workforce management system, ensuring seamless integration with local retail teams to optimize resource allocation, maximize store productivity, and enhance customer and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams on payroll and financial planning, as well as being an expert in our Workforce Management system, Plandora (Ceridian Workforce).
  • Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and reduce costs.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and training to super users on the optimal usage of workforce management tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Analyze market-specific workforce performance, attendance, and productivity data to identify operational trends, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and scheduling tools, with experience with Ceridian Workforce considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global context.
