Key Responsibilities
- Manage the workforce management system, ensuring accurate labor requirement forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adjustments in alignment with market-specific dynamics.
- Work with operations teams on new stores, acquisitions, store closings, and change requests related to the workforce management system.
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to super users on the optimal usage of workforce management tools, systems, and best practices.
- Analyze market-specific workforce performance, attendance, and productivity data to identify operational trends, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to employment law, regulations, and company policies pertinent to workforce management, time and attendance, and employee scheduling within the diverse markets under purview.
