Customer Service Representative with Expertise in Norwegian Language

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional manner.
- Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions.
- Offer an omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
- Fluent level of Norwegian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- High level of English (both written and spoken).
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Start date: October 1st.
- Contract: Temporary 3 months (1-month probation period).
- Part-time: 20 hours/week.
- Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 10AM till 2PM.
- Salary: 9,230.77 euros gross per year.
- Bonus: Top performance incentives.
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
- Hybrid work model: 4 days per month in the office / training / rest from home.
- Training: 2 weeks, possibly full-time Mon-Thu, 9h to 18h 1h lunch, Fri 9h to 17h 1h lunch.
