About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analytics Project Manager to join our Paid Marketing team at Preply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic marketing projects and optimizing our marketing performance to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing business plan, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams.
  • Track the performance of each marketing channel and stay updated on all marketing operations to provide regular updates and make recommendations to the team.
  • Set up and steer all necessary meetings and processes between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams.
  • Participate in regular business reviews, contributing to data preparation and presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and key industry trends, being the main point of contact with partners like Similarweb and Data.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing and analytics, with a minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leading projects connecting business goals to marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience with budget planning and financial forecasting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
