Business Technology Platform Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Technology Platform Onboarding Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers get started with their SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive customer-facing assets and best practices in alignment with other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customers to onboard and orient them to SAP BTP, focusing on how to get started with the Data and Analytics pillar.
- Address challenges and questions to break through barriers inhibiting onboarding and adoption.
- Build internal networks of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your BTP focus area.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with external clients and software implementations.
- Experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP Datasphere.
- Ability to articulate the value and positioning of platform use cases and solutions to customers.
- Experience identifying common customer challenges and designing content to address these barriers in a 1:1 and 1:many fashion.
