Operations Center Manager

Amazon is seeking an exceptional Operations Center Manager to join our European operations team. As a key member of our start-up group, you will be responsible for managing significant operational and service growth across our European operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in implementing standardized processes and quality control measures. You will be responsible for creating metrics and performance dashboards to measure carrier health and potential, driving root cause analysis, and analyzing and identifying potential business opportunities.
You will also engage with cross-functional teams to implement project/program requirements, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. As a leader, you will supervise a team of data analysts and contribute to the growth and success of our Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) service.
Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns, with a focus on safety, productivity, and innovation. We are changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better, and we have ambitious plans to expand our specialist fulfillment centers and delivery stations across the UK and Europe.
