About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Center Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our European operations, you will be responsible for managing significant operational and service growth, implementing standardized processes and quality for our Amazon two-person/special handling delivery service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create metrics and performance dashboards to measure carrier health and potential
  • Drive root cause analysis and identify potential business opportunities
  • Engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project/program requirements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Supervise a team of data analysts and provide guidance on data-driven decision making
About the Team

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) is a specialist fulfillment center that manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns. Our team is dedicated to providing an extra level of customer care, including unpacking, assembling, and installing large items, and taking away old items where needed. We are committed to safety, productivity, and innovation, and are changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better.

Requirements
  • Experience in team management and program/project management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects and defining program requirements
  • Experience in supply chain and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
