Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jones Lang Lasalle. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing general overall facilities management services, including continuous monitoring of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the facilities management team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives.
  2. Receive and dispatch work requests to technical staff, vendors, or other service providers.
  3. Enter and monitor work orders, redirecting those assigned to the wrong vendor or location, and request necessary approvals.
  4. Monitor work order service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
  5. Coordinate with onsite and regional facilities teams to advance service quality and enhance client partnerships.
  6. Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption.
Requirements
  1. Superior customer service skills and orientation.
  2. 2-4 years of professional experience.
  3. Experience working within computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or automated work order systems is a plus.
  4. Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.
  5. Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
  6. Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
  7. Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong organizational skills and a collaborative style.
