Job Description

At Henneo, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercial professional to join our team in a dynamic and growing project within the media industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for centralizing the commercialization of all advertising solutions and editorial supports represented by Alayans Media (Print, digital, programmatic, events, and branded content).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with public and private clients in the Andalusia region.
  • Negotiate and present solutions to agencies and central purchasing offices.
  • Open new business opportunities with regional and local clients.
  • Foster client loyalty.
  • Manage budgets and allocate investments.
  • Organize events.
  • Manage CRM.
  • Directly manage private clients.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in commercializing advertising products within the media industry.
  • Education in Event Organization, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of the advertising market and commercial products on/off.
  • Location in Sevilla and availability for travel, mainly in Andalusia.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish effective commercial relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and achieve revenue objectives.
