Restaurant Manager - Breakfast

At Hyatt Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the Food and Beverage experience at our Grand Hyatt Barcelona location. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and operational excellence in our breakfast restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short and long-term plans to drive F&B sales and revenue growth
  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service and quality food
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory to optimize profitability
  • Coach and develop employees to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of progressive F&B experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
