Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Four Corners Restaurant and Lobby Bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Director of F&B and Head Chef to develop and implement menu concepts, promotions, and events that drive revenue and guest engagement.
- Manage daily restaurant and bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional quality.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
