Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our LEGO Brand Retail team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example and ensure that excellent customer service is always provided by the team.
- Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results, prioritizing time and effort, and finding motivation in raising store performance to the maximum.
- Merchandising and Visual Display: Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators.
- Team Development: Recruit new members, identify training needs, coach, and develop sales associates and supervisors to ensure a productive and collaborative team.
- Store Performance: Support the Store Manager in achieving satisfactory Mystery Shopper results and in implementing follow-up action plans when needed.
- Experience: Equivalent, previous work experience in a Retail environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a retail environment ideally as Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor.
- Visual Merchandising: Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
- Communication Skills: Effective organisational, conflict resolution skills, verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Physical Demands: Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision Abilities: Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
