About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Vf Corporation. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing retail processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay on top of core retail operational procedures, including inventory management and point-of-sale systems
  • Report performance metrics and provide insights to improve store results
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and meets brand standards
  • Provide cover for the Store Manager in their absence
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
