Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and profit growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Lead and develop the store team, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and career development

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year retail management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly
