Assistant Store Manager Job Description

At Tapestry, Inc., we're seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to lead our store team and drive business results. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for maximizing store productivity and profitability through team building, staff development, and goal attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the store team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve store operations
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure compliance with all Coach Standards and company policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail service environment in a position of management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
