We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our team's development efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development efforts of a team of engineers, guiding them towards achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development forward and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition processes, attracting top-notch professionals to the organization.
  • Engage in constructive dialogues to resolve disagreements and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings to plan tasks and propose innovative concepts.
  • Review team RFCs, offer feedback, and suggest alternatives to achieve goals.
  • Contribute to team expansion through strategic hiring.
  • Engage in regular 1:1 sessions focusing on team development and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other engineering managers on initiatives impacting multiple teams.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of full-stack development experience and 3 years of team leadership experience.
  • Profound understanding of APIs, including REST and GraphQL, and ability to develop integrations with diverse backend systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
  • Passion for writing code and hands-on involvement in projects.
