Retail Store Manager Opportunity

About the Role:
As a Store Manager at Claire's Inc., your core area of responsibilities will be:
Sales and Profit: Achieving store targets through driving sales and revenue growth, while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and cost control.
Customer Service: Delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, and that customer feedback is consistently positive.
Store Operations: Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, ensuring that all store systems and processes are running smoothly, and that all store equipment is in good working order.
Commerciality: Ensuring that the store is well-merchandised and commercially correct, with a strong focus on visual merchandising and display.
Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, managing, and providing direction and development to ensure that your team is challenged and achieving results, with a strong focus on employee engagement and retention.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Ear piercing (you will receive full training)
• Analyzing sales reports and strategically problem-solving to drive sales growth and improve profitability
• Maintaining a strong understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
• Ability to operate the POS system
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 to 2 years retail management experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
