Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Act as a liaison between the sales floor and the store manager to drive individual and team objectives, and provide feedback and support to sales associates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales associates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with additional languages an asset.
