Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving store productivity and profitability by fostering a high-performing team, achieving sales goals, and ensuring adherence to company standards. As a key member of the store leadership team, this individual will set the tone for exceptional customer service, sales excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating Coach Service behaviors and selling standards to inspire team members.
  • Empower team members to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement plans to address key business challenges, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with store management, peers, and corporate partners to drive business results and achieve goals.
  • Motivate and develop team members to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail service environment, with a track record of leadership and team development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
