We're revolutionizing e-commerce at Ultimate Beauty, and we need your expertise to take our supplier network to the next level. As a Strategic Supplier Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and evaluating new suppliers to expand our portfolio, ensuring diversification and risk mitigation.

Your Role:

You'll be at the heart of our success, forging meaningful relationships with new suppliers across diverse markets. Your connections will directly elevate our product quality, ensure timely deliveries, and drive profitability. Through your efforts, you'll shape our reputation, making a lasting impact on the company's growth and success.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Expand the share of B2B suppliers through continuous research and evaluation of new suppliers in different markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure continuity and reliability.
  • Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans where necessary.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in procurement, sales, finance, and e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to search for and evaluate new suppliers in different international markets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of VAT laws and regulations in different countries.
  • Proficiency in dealing with multiple currencies and understanding exchange rate fluctuations, international payment methods, and banking practices.
  • Self-motivated & willing to take initiative, strong self-management and organisational skills.
  • A love of optimisation and constant process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
