About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer HVAC Specialist to join our team at Panasonic. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to discuss Panasonic's HVAC solutions and identify potential projects.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  • Project Management: Follow up on projects on Salesforce and track the project pipeline on a regular basis to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to installers and consultants on Panasonic's products and software to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market information and provide feedback to Product Managers to inform product development and strategy.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers to increase project business and drive growth.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal partners to ensure smooth project execution from product sales to commissioning, minimizing the risk of installation problems.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of project pipeline and progress in relevant systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field, with experience in business development in B2B being beneficial.
  • Skills: Proficient understanding of processes, technologies, and products; effective utilization of planning, analytical, and conceptual principles and techniques; strong communication and negotiation skills.
