**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Legends Agency. This role will provide administrative support to our valuation department, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including electronic filing of job-related emails and adding new accounts and contacts to the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track all emails to opportunities and generate quotes and orders.
  • Prepare basic proposals and assist with answering initial emails and requesting additional information from clients.
  • Support the team in preparing job handovers to valuers and collating correspondence.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or administration role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
