About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to drive the CX programs for our RRP brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the fundamentals for the activation of the brand to deliver a superior consumer brand experience in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement CX Platforms: Create and execute CX platforms for designated markets, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and target consumer needs.
  2. Consumer Engagement and Activation: Identify and execute efficient and innovative approaches to engage and excel in reaching consumers throughout their entire consumption journey.
  3. Project Management and Budget Oversight: Guarantee the execution of consumer activation plans, working in close partnership with internal stakeholders, securing optimal resource allocation and adhering to defined budget and brand guidelines.
  4. Agency Management and Briefing: Design detailed briefings for agencies involved in CX platforms, ensuring alignment with various internal departments and maintaining excellence in implementation.
  5. Consumer Insights and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of each platform to uncover powerful insights for consumers and short and medium-term strategies for CX platforms.
  6. Tactical Management and Budget Supervision: Responsible for tactical management of the local budget, ensuring proper allocation, correct phasing, and execution of activities according to the established plan.
  7. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the Activation Team, fostering a collaborative OneTeam mindset.
Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
  2. +5 years relevant experience in defining and building brand activation, marketing, or trade marketing in Food, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Tobacco (RRP).
  3. Experience in consumer activation in horecas, festivals, and partnerships.
  4. Fluency in English and Spanish.
  5. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
