About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with expertise in sales and customer service to join our team at Movilges. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality developments (customization and integration) that meet defined quality standards.
  • Develop functional designs for given business requirements and create detailed functional design documents.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to understand requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Report progress to lead/project managers and assist them in reporting.
  • Manage code in Azure DevOps and update work items.
  • Develop test plan documents and resolve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.
  • Provide training sessions to customers on Dynamics 365 CE.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE platform.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (sales, customer service, field service, customer insights).
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and Apps over Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of Azure integration tools and Power Platform capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management.
  • Good understanding of project methodologies, especially Agile (JIRA).
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
