About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Sales & Customer Service to join our team at Movilges in Madrid. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a hybrid basis and be part of a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Quality Developments: Develop and implement high-quality customizations and integrations that meet defined quality standards.
  • Functional Design: Create detailed functional design documents (FDDs) for given business requirements and work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements.
  • Progress Reporting: Report progress periodically to the lead/project manager and assist them in reporting.
  • Code Management: Check in and check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items.
  • Test Plan Elaboration: Elaborate test plan documents and solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.
  • Training Sessions: Provide training sessions to customers.
Requirements
  • Functional Consultant Experience: 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE platform.
  • Platform Knowledge: Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (sales, customer service, field service, customer insights).
  • Design and Development Experience: Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience.
  • Customization and Low-Code Experience: Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and Apps over Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Microsoft Stack Knowledge: Knowledge of capabilities of the supporting software in the Microsoft stack such as Power Platform and Azure integration tools is a plus.
  • Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of project methodologies especially Agile (JIRA).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English.
