Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Sales & Customer Service to join our team in Madrid. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home and in the office.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality developments (customization and integration) that meet defined quality standards.
- Develop functional designs for given business requirements and create detailed functional design documents.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Report progress periodically to the lead/project manager and assist them in reporting.
- Manage code in Azure DevOps and update work items.
- Elaborate test plan documents and resolve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.
- Provide training sessions to customers and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Functional Consultant with 3+ years of experience in the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (sales, customer service, field service, customer insights).
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development.
- Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and Apps over Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of Azure integration tools and Power Platform capabilities is a plus.
- Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management.
- Good understanding of project methodologies, especially Agile (JIRA).
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
