About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant Sales and Customer Service professional to join our team at Movilges. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality developments and functional designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customized solutions for sales and customer service using Dynamics 365 CE
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to understand client requirements and develop functional designs
  • Report progress to lead/project managers and assist with reporting
  • Manage code in Azure DevOps and update work items
  • Develop test plans and resolve functional issues during testing cycles
  • Provide training sessions to clients on Dynamics 365 CE
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE platform
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (sales, customer service, field service, customer insights)
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE design and development
  • Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and Apps over Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Knowledge of Azure integration tools and Power Platform capabilities
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management
  • Good understanding of project methodologies, especially Agile (JIRA)
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
