About the Role

Nippon Gases UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions across our European operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Validate technical architecture, manage Dynamics environments, and define governance models.
  • System Administration: Collaborate with technical decisions related to the platform and ongoing projects, maintain the integrity of the information stored in Dynamics systems.
  • Business Analysis/Project Management: Manage support of current Field Service solutions, troubleshoot application incidents, and monitor and control assigned activities in small projects.
  • Collaboration: Direct collaboration with business users, understand needs, collect requirements, and propose solutions to business needs.

Requirements

  • Education: Certifications on Dynamics 365 and related technologies, preferably a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related studies.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, functional and technical experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing and Customer Service and Field Service.
  • Languages: English (Fluent written and spoken), Spanish.
  • Competencies: Interpersonal skills, high self-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and drive for results.
