Enterprise Solutions Manager

Dell Technologies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to support country execution of its European strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing plans to achieve business objectives and promoting the company's market position across various stakeholders.
About the RoleThis role involves executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with agreed goals to grow profitable market share. You will drive sales and marketing of the vendor portfolio, including new product launches and other business development initiatives, to optimize results. Additionally, you will interact directly with country sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback and share best practices on business, technology, and process improvements.
Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry with channel at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background
- Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling
- Business planning experience with strong operational cadence
- Strategic planning and business case development
- Experience of working within a matrix structure
- Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment
- Demonstrates capability of having a clear understanding of strategic direction and challenges
- Able to communicate using a wide range of tools clearly and effectively with customers
- Influence and persuasion
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-management
- Skilled multi-level relationship builder
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
