About the Role

Vonage is a leading provider of cloud communications platforms, serving customers like Airbnb, Viber, and Snapchat. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing a best-in-class real-time platform for our Network APIs.

What You'll Bring
  • Excellent software engineering skills in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of high-performance, distributed computing.
  • Experience with testing, object-oriented design, and standard design patterns.
  • Experience with multi-threaded architectures, web services, and caching.
  • Experience with event-driven pipelines and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Experience working with public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
  • SQL and NoSQL experience.
  • Practical experience with deploying code in a modern programming environment using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
