About the Role

FICO, a leading global analytics software company, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Global Platform Software Sales Team in EMEA. As a Solution Sales Executive, you will represent FICO's flagship software offering, the FICO Platform, and partner with Key Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption and growth of the FICO Platform among existing and new customers.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to understand their decision management needs and articulate FICO's platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape sales efforts and educate customers on the business value of the FICO Platform.
  • Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets, with opportunities for significant earnings upside.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Strong track record of building relationships and understanding client industry and business challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex software solutions to large clients in financial services and banking.
  • Knowledge or experience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking, and Fraud is a plus.
  • Passion for learning and educating customers and FICO colleagues through presentations and conversations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week.
