Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Finance Business Partners to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support the management of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify cost drivers and implement business optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support business decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and business unit leaders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a finance function, preferably in a large corporation.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification with a demonstrable post-qualified experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and analysis, including technical accounting issues.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Oracle and Hyperion knowledge.
