Join Our Team as a Financial Analyst

Solarig is a leading multinational company in the energy transition sector, with a strong focus on developing and operating renewable energy projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Madrid.

About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial modelling activities, including debt financing structuring, M&A, energy tenders, PPA/BPA, and project/company valuation. You will also manage and follow up on the financial close process, iterating with internal teams and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models for project financing, including sensitivity analysis
  • Manage the financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams and financial institutions to negotiate financing terms and conditions
  • Support in debt and equity investment processes, including due diligence and documentation review
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a quantitative/technical field
  • 3-5 years' experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, project finance, and debt structuring practices
  • Demonstrable financial modelling experience, including building financial models for project financing
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills
