Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at SG Tech. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in economics, business administration, or related financial disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in banking products, specifically in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and Global Debt Financing (GDF).
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements, capital metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand project requirements and contribute to the design of effective solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication with senior management.
  • Utilize project management office (PMO) methodologies and agile practices to oversee project execution.
  • Draft comprehensive functional documentation and provide guidance to technical teams.
  • Manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines, with a focus on risk escalation and problem-solving.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on organizational needs and requirements.
  • Oversee budget management scenarios and proactively track various project topics.
Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst with a track record of leading projects.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong data analytics capabilities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience within the banking sector.
  • Familiarity with distribution methods.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
