Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Record accounts payable invoices and reconcile them with existing purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile incoming payments and ensure accurate recording, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Financial Management: Manage outgoing payments, including reconciliation of bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences, and intercompany accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Payment Processing: Prepare payment suggestion forms, initiate the payment approval cycle, and execute payments accordingly, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Payroll Transactions: Reconcile and book monthly payroll transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory forms and reports for external providers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Financial Analysis: Generate monthly reports with detailed analysis compared to budget and forecast, providing valuable insights to management.
- Financial Planning: Develop monthly forecasts and yearly budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Account Maintenance: Maintain all accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements and collaborate with auditors during the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Language Proficiency: You have professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience: You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Technical Skills: You preferably have experience with SAP and Excel, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
- Payroll Experience: You have experience in payroll booking, with a strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
- Organizational Skills: You are organized with attention to detail, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
